It was on at about 1.30am here in NZ, so it was half three when I went to bed ... City were by far the better team as the score proves (1-6), but they didn't look like champions to me, while United were just awful.

I thought SAFs team sheet was a bit iffy, with players on the bench who should have started - but there must be some dissension in that OT dressing room, because they played most of the game like the lost boys.

The best team won.

I watched the match in my local club, Clayton Conservative club. Towards the end of the game a man in there was starting to celebrate. He had placed a bet that City would win 5.1. and he stood to win £1000. In the dying seconds of the game City scored again to make it 6.1. thus invalidating the bet. Talk about being as sick as the proverbial parrot!

Only 18 arrested fans according to MEN......... pretty good!

Very good result for all the United Fans....expect City fans to be

down in the dumps ..quoting the 10 men excuse...whatever!!!!!!
