Good Morning Graham, Have you tried putting a free add in the Manchester Evening News' In Touch column? It does have some excellent results. You can post a message online....it does take some weeks to go in, but its worth a try. Also, have you tried putting the request in Manmates Guest Book? Its also worth a try. Good luck and let us know if you have any replies.

Hi, I often wonder if any of the staff members from L.A. Mitchell & Co, Princes Street, Manchester are ever on this site. I would love to hear from anyone. I worked there from around 1967-1969. It would be great to hear from anyone. I have a list of names, some of whom could be still around. I left in 1969 to emigrate to Ireland - not too far away I know, but I remember all around the city centre very well. I also worked at the Theatre Royal, across the road from Mitchell's as a temp secretary.
