THIS NEW THREAD IS FOR THOSE UNEXPLAINABLE QUESTIONS WE ALL ASK FROM TIME TO TIME.
Can anyone tell me why people have dogs and leave them barking in their gardens/back yards all day long?
Why do people go to the trouble of dumping rubbish in public places when, for the wont of a phonecall, they could get it cleared by the Council?
Why do people look behind when they trip up on a pavement?
Why do people look into their handkerchiefs or tissues when they've blown their nose? What are they looking for?
Why do men wear trainers with suits?
Why do people have tv on in the background all day long and never watch it?
Why do people in cinemas start talking the minute the film starts?
Why do people talk to the person pushing a wheelchair and not to the person in it?
Why do people cross the road to avoid talking to a bereaved person?

Hi Moonshine, I can answer that one. I had waist-length hair until I was around 33 and decided that it didnt look quite right as I got older. Mutton dressed as lamb sprung to mind. I did regret it because I could always have pinned it up at work and still looked professional. Also, washing it every day became a chore and, long before the days of Conditioners, it was murder to brush in the mornings.  Why do women with nice long hair have it cut shorter the older they get? |

Hi Olly, Havent you got this wrong somewhere? Isnt it the men who clean up before their partners get home? TOMMY ARE YOU READING THIS? I know how to....we know how to hand......well you know, over the years I`ve.....we`ve....
had to put some women in there places, cos some women seem to think they are boss, and
errrrr..... they think they should take over the management of the household, they seem to
forget it is a joint management [av a got out of it yet] and if one of the directors of the two
man firm does not pull there weight, there is a breakdown, in the running of said firm
believe me....

and they put 45 or 46 years of hard work in, so they can get
