Money was rubbish but the atmosphere and workmates and laughter was divine.

I too worked at Sparrows from 1967-1972, loved it! My name is Linda Preston, was an Overlocker (not very good one!) But loved my mates and my daily trips to the Gay Dolphin cafe on Piccadilly to ogle the waiters! Does anyone remember the Dolphin. Love to hear from anyone who remembers Sparrows or the cafes!
