Does aybody remember a girl called Janet & her mate called Mandy who both used to fequent the Jungfrau in the late sixies.
Any info please.

dont remember the girls,but if i am not mistaken the jungfrau
became Time and Place,a so called exclusive club at the time(69/70)
happy,but expensive days!!!!!!

:)no,you are right the bierkeller was on london road,on the
way to picc station.
the jungfrau was near the cathedral.
the bierkeller was the first place i got seriously drunk out,so i remember
it well!!!!!!!

I still have a picture of my son on a fishing trip, wearing one of the Tyrolean hats, complete with feather, which they handed out on the first night. I remember that we were allowed to burn our names on the bierkeller ceiling with a candle, in traditional German style. Wonderful times. |
