Was she wilson or spencer when she was in the flats? and any idea which part of the 160's she was there? early or late?
Tis only i know a few people who lived in that section of the flates in the 1960's

She was Ivy Spencer but she lived with her parents (Wilson) and her sister Martha. I have now discovered that the family moved to Wilmslow and that Ivy sadly died in 1972. Thanks again.

Hi Denise, sorry to here she died, but looks like she made it in this world. Wimslow now we are talking posh. But for all it's faults Brookhouse was a great place and i know many folks who grown up there. It seems they have torn the heart out of Gorton over the years.
