Its NOT just about lifting weights etc.... its all done slo-mo.. and that INCREASES the strength required. Some of the positions those guys get in to are nothing short of mesmerising. Cheers for that Olly

Hi Olly, only just looked up this link - I thought it was fab.!

I shouted my husband to come and have a look as I had it on my screen. He admires gymnasts (he used to do bodybuilding in his youth) Now I know how he is so fit at nearly 80. The manouevre these lads did half way through, where one was balancing on the feet of the other and they did the scissor motion I have never seen done before. Very talented pair. I liked the comments made by various nationalities arguing about what country they came from - it does say on the caption POLAND.
I just wondered how old the video was and are they still performing.

OLLY, Sorry hubby not a Mancunian. In fact his title when he was younger was "Mr Bombay" probably l95** before I met him in 1958. I dont know whether it was the muscles or the moustache that attracted me. But he was a GREAT Ballroom dancer. I met him at the Ritz ballroom in Manchester.
