 I am still looking for David James Lawson born May 4th 1963, a year and half ago he owned a pub and club in Manchester, and he was my best friend and my love and I need him back in my life.. He was a very bad boy in England.. I can't tell the whole story but I hear he is in prison he got 3 years for a violent assault and he is in prison under another name. I also hear he keeps losing his privalages cause even in there he can't be good.. I have hired 2 private detectives in England and after a few days they always say they do not want to get involved and wish me luck and advise me to give up my search.. But I can not give up on him, i would not be a friend if I did.. Sometimes it just helps too talk about him JudyPatudy

My Dave was a bouncer then owned his own pub, and he fought every night..
He was a big ole boy and could break a nose in one hit, and he was so proud of that..
He had so many illegal fights after hours..
But I still loved him and still do.. Just a big baby!!

People are telling me too give up on this bloke.. And I am so tired of looking..
What if I move forward and find love and happiness and he returns?
When someone you love is missing it is so hard too move forward!!
I am just soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired!!

I have thought it over and I can't give up on Dave at least not yet!!
I need too know he is ok and happy, that's all..
I can't move forward without knowing what has happened too him,
I am getting tired very tired and I have met someone I care about and I want
too move forward, and I am thinking about moving too Manchester but I need closure!!
And god knows I do not want too put anyone in danger, things get so complicated!!!
I only want happiness and love is that too much too ask? While I can still enjoy it!!
men just drive me nuts!!! lol

Thanks Marie but I have done that and the prisons are getting tired of hearing from me ;D They said they can't tell me nothing unless dave gives them pernission..
And the Salvation Army said I was not his wife and they can not help me either.. I even have written funeral homes and I am sure people in England think I've lost my mind, plus I have hired 2 detectives and after 2-3 days they tell me they don't want too get involved and urge me too stop my search and wish me luck..
In the beginning they are very eager and no problem they can find him, but something scares them off and they won't tell me..

Judy - I was "surfing" the net earlier today and came across the following site. Don't know if it will help you but it is another avenue for you to explore - no? It is: www.crooks-reunited.co.uk it has been set up by a well-known ex-crim in the UK and it suggests that it "reunites old mates, ex-cons, family and friends of ex-cons". Good luck with it okay. I did visit the site and it looks a little like Friends Reunited - I think you may have to register. I think if an ex-crim can't find your man then no-one can. I am intrigued as to how the 2 of you got together though. Him living in England and you over there - you don't have to explain if you don't want to - it's prob. just me being a sticky beak LOL. Hi Judy,
Hope you don't mind a perfect stranger from contacting you. I visited the Manmate site yesterday and I think I can help with at least one of the people you are searching for - if of course it is the same person. The name Benji is unusual, so I suppose it could well be. If this is who I think it is, he is a very well-educated gentleman indeed, a professional teacher of English and Elocution and is very old-fashioned inasmuch as he treats people with great respect and courtesy. I did meet him by chance several months ago. Unless I am very much mistaken, I think he is still abroad and is due to return early in October, During our interesting chat, he did mention the Manmate site and was of the opinion that both the site - and the people who contributed to it - are truly wonderful. A lovely kind and considerate gentleman with a good sense of humour - this was the Benji I met. I do hope it is the same one, but just in case it is not, please accept my apologies for troubling you.
Good luck with your search. The Benji I met was an absolute treasure, and you must be proud to know him.
