If there are any former team mates who may like copies of team photo or team sheets please contact me through Manmates. For those not in the know this team won the English Schools Trop[hyy and was the most successful Manchester Boys team for several years. Some names from my memory bank Les Kenyon.. Don Kenyon........
Denis Violet... Frank Hart ... John Dougherty...Alan Jackson..these "boys" will all be in their eighties where ever they may be....but not forgotten

On reading the posts I realize I am whey out of the time of the writer who posted 1959/60 the people I wrote about were 1947-1949

My good friend Roy Poynton played for Manchester Boys,Mzn Utd,Droylsden and Stalybridge,he is still going strong albiet z bit fragile.
